1104 is not a mother agency or management company, but trusted, industry consultants. Since 2016, 1104's Co-founder, Carlye Pieratt, has been showing aspiring models the ins and outs of the modeling industry. Over the last two years, she has helped many models get signed at well known agencies. Since meeting Ann Wood, they decided to make an entire modeling consulting firm dedicated to help aspiring models make their dreams a reality.

Carlye Pieratt dived into the modeling industry at age 16 and has shot for many campaigns and walked in numerous shows. She has worked with Jonay Di Ragno, Colors Dresses, Ellie Baleh, and more. From New York Fashion week to World of Prom, her portfolio covers the bases; she has also served as Miss North Carolina (USAM 2022 and UMM 2023). With her industry knowledge and contacts she has helped many aspiring models sign with well known agencies.

Carlye began her collegiate education as an Alpha Delta Pi Sorority member at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing Strategy in 2022. Carlye resides in Wilmington, North Carolina with her two dogs and enjoys running, photography, and spontaneous travel.

Ann Wood has been a one businesswoman show ever since she was little. She knew from a young age that she could take charge and lead a room. Ann brings expertise in management, sourcing, and outreach organization to the 1104 team. With her strong business mindset and 'take charge' attitude, Ann has pushed many ventures to success.

Ann began her collegiate education as a Phi Mu Sorority member at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and received her Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies in 2021. Ann resides in Wilmington, North Carolina with her dog Dobby and enjoys playing pool, sunsets at the beach, and yoga.

The Classic

With this monthly package, we'll provide the tips and tricks to help you stand out- from prep to contract review. Includes bi-weekly one (1) hour long Zooms to review social media accounts, portfolios, digitals, and agency submissions.

The Ultimate

This monthly package includes everything from The Classic. We'll also handle personalized agency submissions (we handle the submissions on your behalf and monitor your email for agency responses) and ongoing mentorship (weekly calls & Zooms) and support as you navigate the industry.

Walk The Runway

Nail the runway walking skills that will help you stand out in a competitive market. In this private, forty-five (45) minute Zoom we cover model walking, poise and presence.

Casting Materials

Our high quality prints meet industry standards for castings. We select the most marketable photos and design the layout for each client. This package includes 1 portfolio book, 15 prints & 25 comp cards (includes tax and shipping). Custom packages available.

Digital Portfolio

We will design and build a website that highlights your strengths, stands out to agents and helps you reach your goals.
